| The Human rights Bill that applies to the UK is, in my opinion, an absolute disgrace, in that it leans in almost all instances in favour of the guilty. This type of injustice however is the polar opposite. I find it hard to believe that the United States a country which I greatly admire can in this century have a case of this nature not only unresolved but seemingly ignored. What a "luck" for Gary Tyler he had not to face the death penalty at the end... :( I hope he gets rehabilitated and compensated (though one can't be compensated for a ruined life) at lifetime.
